We adhere to the principle of "sample-based production". Mass production must be based on the Golden Sample confirmed and signed by both parties. If the mass-produced products meet the parameters and standards of the confirmed Golden Sample, returns due to "dislike" or subjective dissatisfaction will not be accepted.
2. Tolerance and Material Standards
For metal parts, the CNC machining tolerance is ±0.05mm, which is a standard industry tolerance. For genuine leather materials, natural variance of leather (such as slight differences in texture, color, and grain) is normal and not classified as a quality defect. These variances do not affect the product's functionality and usability.
3. Quality Objection Period
The quality objection period is 15-30 days from the date of receiving the goods. If any quality defects are found within this period, the customer must provide clear photos, videos, or a third-party test report issued by TUV/SGS to verify the defect. No quality objections will be accepted after the objection period expires.
4. RMA (Return Material Authorization) Process Any return must go through the official RMA process: ① Contact our customer service within the quality objection period to apply for RMA and provide relevant proof of defects; ② Our team will review the application and issue an RMA number within 3 business days if approved; ③ Ship the goods with the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging. Direct return without obtaining an RMA number is strictly prohibited, as it may lead to customs clearance risks and refusal of return processing.
