Our 25,000 m² smart factory in Shenzhen combines automated CNC machining, precision stamping, and surface finishing under one roof, supported by an in-house R&D team that turns brand briefs into shippable products in as little as 30 days.

What is your typical MOQ? ⌃

MOQ depends on the product category. Standard models generally start at 500 units, while customized OEM/ODM projects usually begin at 1,000 units. For prototype validation or new product development, we also support small pilot runs.

How long does sampling take? ⌄

Existing products can normally be sampled within 7–10 days. Customized OEM/ODM projects usually require 15–30 days, depending on tooling, materials, surface finish and structural complexity.

Do you protect our design IP? ⌄

Yes. We are happy to sign an NDA before discussing your project. Customer drawings, CAD files, molds and technical documentation are securely managed, with restricted production access to protect confidential information.

Which shipping terms do you support? ⌄

We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and DAP shipping terms. Products can be shipped by express courier, air freight or sea freight, depending on your delivery schedule and destination.

Can you handle retail-ready packaging? ⌄

Absolutely. We provide complete packaging solutions including gift boxes, barcode labels, instruction manuals, UPC stickers, display-ready packaging, Amazon FBA preparation and custom branding services.

Do you offer dropshipping? ⌄

Yes. For qualified partners we can provide dropshipping, warehouse fulfillment and blind shipping services. We also support customized packing slips and regional warehousing to shorten delivery times.
