1. NDA Commitment
Gstar signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with all OEM/ODM customers by default. We solemnly promise that we will never display or publish any customer’s custom molds, design drawings, prototypes, or product solutions on our official website, social media platforms, or any public channels without prior written permission.
2. Design Data Security
All 3D prototypes, CAD files, technical drawings, and design documents uploaded by customers are stored securely on encrypted internal servers. Access to such confidential data is strictly limited to authorized R&D and engineering personnel only. No external parties or unrelated staff may obtain or view these files.
3. Mold Protection Policy
Customer-customized molds are managed under the principle of “mold for exclusive use only”. All molds are preserved in our professional mold workshop and shall only be used for production of the corresponding customer’s orders. Any use of custom molds for unauthorized orders, third-party production, or sample development is strictly prohibited.
4.
